Who built this
Mind Safety was founded by Marc Bookallil, a senior safety and operations leader with decades of experience across construction, civil works and high-risk operating environments. Throughout his career, Marc has held roles where safety was not theoretical — it was a legal, operational and human responsibility.
Having designed and deployed multiple nationally and internationally used safety documentation platforms, Marc observed a growing gap in how workplaces manage psychosocial hazards. Physical risks were well documented; psychological risks were often poorly understood or addressed only after an incident.
