operated by Bookmint Pty Ltd ("we", "us", or "our").
By using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Disclaimer.
1. Definitions
- Platform: The Mind Safety website, software, tools, and services.
- User: Any individual or organisation accessing the platform.
- Account: A registered Mind Safety user profile.
- Psychosocial Safety Documents: Documents generated using the platform including risk assessments, incident reports, policies, surveys, wellbeing plans and related materials.
- Credits: Units purchased by users that allow the generation of documents.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, purchasing credits, or using the platform,
you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.
3. Credit-Based Pricing Model
- Mind Safety operates on a pay-per-use credit system.
- One credit allows the generation of one document unless otherwise stated.
- Credits must be purchased in advance.
- No subscription or recurring billing applies.
4. Credits & Usage
- Credits are deducted when a document is generated.
- Credits do not expire and may be used at any time.
- Credits are non-transferable and tied to your account.
- Unused credits remain available until used.
5. Payments
- All payments are one-time purchases.
- Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
- All purchases are final and non-refundable.
- No refunds will be provided for unused credits.
6. Account Use
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- You must ensure your login details remain secure.
- You must not share access in a way that breaches these Terms.
7. Pricing
- Pricing for credits is displayed on the Mind Safety platform at the time of purchase.
- We may update pricing at any time without prior notice.
- All purchases are charged at the price shown at checkout.
8. User Responsibilities
- You must review and verify all generated documents before use.
- You are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
- The platform is a tool and does not replace professional advice.
9. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property in the Mind Safety platform,
including templates, content, and software,
remains the property of Bookmint Pty Ltd.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law,
Bookmint Pty Ltd is not liable for any loss, damage, or claims arising from:
- Use or reliance on generated documents
- Failure to review or adapt content
- Workplace incidents or regulatory action
- Business interruption or financial loss
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bookmint Pty Ltd
against any claims resulting from your use of the platform.
12. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you misuse the platform or breach these Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance.
